We’re here to make sure you feel great in your pieces. If something isn’t quite right, returning it is easy and on us.
We accept returns for store credit on eligible items returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is covered for one return per order. If you need to send back more than one item from the same order in separate shipments, any additional return costs will be your responsibility.
Please note that all returns are issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card that never expires. Refunds or exchanges are not available.
Return Timeframe
To be eligible for store credit, your return must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. Once approved, you’ll have 7 days to send the item back using the label provided.
Returns received outside of this window will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee Policy
In special cases where we make an exception to our standard return policy, a 20% restocking fee may apply. These exceptions are granted at our discretion and are not guaranteed.
The fee helps cover the cost of processing, inspecting, and restocking items that fall outside our standard return workflow. It will only be applied to the item or items being returned.
We appreciate your understanding as we work to uphold our policies while maintaining a smooth and consistent return process.
Final Sale Items
Please note that all sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit. This includes:
• Items purchased during holiday sales or other promotional events (for example, sitewide sales or limited-time promotions)
• Items purchased with discount codes
• Items marked as Final Sale at checkout
• Gift cards
If a final sale item is sent back to us, it will simply be returned to you.
Important Note on Return Eligibility
We take hygiene and product integrity seriously. For the safety and satisfaction of our community, we are unable to accept returns that show signs of wear. This includes:
• Any stains, including light markings from trying on
• Scents or residue including deodorant, perfume, body odor, oils, makeup, lotions, or washing powder
• Removed or missing hygiene liners
• Damage or visible wear
All returns are carefully inspected. If an item is found to be in less than perfect condition, store credit will not be issued and your return will simply be sent back to you. We document all ineligible returns with photo and video for transparency. Once a return is deemed ineligible, exceptions cannot be made.
Riot Swim reserves the right to reject any return that is received outside the return window or is not in the original condition it was sent in. If a return does not meet our policy, it will simply be sent back to you.

How to Start a Return

• Submit your return request within 14 days of delivery
Please note: Return labels are not issued automatically. Each request is reviewed and approved by our team within 24 business hours, Monday through Friday. Requests submitted on Friday may be approved the following business day.
• Once approved, your prepaid return label will be emailed to you
• Ship your return within 7 days of receiving the label
If your return is not shipped within 7 days of receiving your label, the return will no longer be valid and will not be accepted.
Returns sent without authorization or outside of our policy will be returned to you.
International Returns
International customers must contact us at [email protected] before sending any items back. Unauthorized international returns will not be accepted.
Damaged Items
Every order is packed with care. If you receive an item that is damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] and include:
• Your full name
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged item
• A photo of the hangtag
• Front and back photos of the poly bag your item arrived in
We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.
Price Adjustments
We do not offer price adjustments. All prices are final at the time of purchase and we are unable to apply discounts retroactively.
